Betatronics Services Company, founded in 1987 in Zurich, Switzerland, specializes in third-party maintenance (TPM) of computer driven design and production systems. The company is located on a major highway intersection outside Zurich. Betatronics has evolved into an important after-sales partner for different markets, providing service solutions for manufacturers, OEMs, distributors and customers in Switzerland and bordering countries. Highly skilled personnel and the corresponding infrastructure enable us to offer custom-designed service and take full technical responsibility. This includes configuration, installation, training, support, maintenance and repair, and also a wide palette of individual services. One of our key advantages is the ability to support our customers, in most cases, in their own language. Our mobility and communication strengths enable an optimal and speditive on-site service. A bring-in service is also available in our central office. SYSTEM-SERVICE features the highest level of service integration for system components, including input/output, processing units, applications and operating systems. The Service Information and Management System provides optimal planning, statistics and evaluation of pertinent marketing information, enabling customized solutions to our partners, customers, and other interested parties.
